The part of the Executive Office for Immigration Review that is authorized to review most decisions of immigration judges and some types of decisions of Department of Homeland Security officers.

If you have been ordered to remove or your case has been denied, we can order a Motion to Reopen. It is a second chance to reopen your case again to a new start.

Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals. undocumented young people who came to the U.S. as children. DACA allows young people who were brought illegally to the United States as children, and who meet several key criteria to be considered for temporary relief from deportation or from being placed in removal proceedings.

We may grant TPS to eligible nationals of certain countries (or parts of countries), who are already in the United States. Eligible individuals without nationality who last lived in the designated country may also be granted TPS. The secretary may designate a country for TPS due to the following temporary conditions in the country: ongoing armed conflict (such as civil war); an environmental disaster (such as earthquake or hurricane); or other extraordinary and temporary conditions. Grants of TPS are initially made for periods of 6 to 18 months and may be extended.

Under U.S. family immigration laws, a foreign national’s marriage to a U.S. citizen automatically categorizes them as their spouse’s “immediate relative.” In most cases, this means that they are eligible for a green card as soon as they can complete the adjustment of the status process.

Under the federal Violence Against Women Act (VAWA), you may be eligible to become a lawful permanent resident (get a Green Card) if you are the victim of battery or extreme cruelty committed by:
A U.S. citizen spouse or former spouse;
A U.S. citizen parent;
A U.S. citizen son or daughter;
A lawful permanent resident (LPR) spouse or former spouse; or
An LPR parent.

The U nonimmigrant status (U visa) is set aside for victims of certain crimes who have suffered mental or physical abuse and are helpful to law enforcement or government officials in the investigation or prosecution of criminal activity.

Prosecutorial Discretion is the authority of U.S Immigration Agencies (ICE, USCIS, AND CPB) to choose whether or not to take enforcement action against a person or group to dismiss a case or to grant your application for a green card.

You are a conditional permanent resident who obtained status through marriage and want to apply to remove the conditions on your permanent resident status. This removes your probation.
